The Settings page is where you configure how your emails are sent, what your email header and footer look like, and how your store's branding appears in all outgoing emails. Set this up before activating any campaigns.
Access Settings by clicking Settings in the app sidebar.
Email sending settings
From name
The name that appears in the "From" field in your customers' inboxes. This is usually your store name or your name (e.g., "Sarah at The Candle Shop"). Use something your customers will recognize immediately to avoid being marked as spam.
From email
The email address your campaigns send from. This should be an email address at your own domain (e.g., hello@yourstore.com) for best deliverability. Emails sent from generic addresses (like Gmail) are more likely to end up in spam.
Reply email
The email address customers reply to when they respond to your automated emails. This can be the same as your From email or a dedicated support address. Make sure this inbox is monitored — customers do reply to automated emails.
BCC
Optionally receive a blind copy of every email sent. Useful for monitoring what's going out or keeping a record in your inbox. Leave blank if not needed.
Track link clicks
When enabled, links in your emails are tracked so you can see how many customers clicked through. This data appears in your campaign analytics. Enabled by default.
Test email address
The email address where test emails are delivered when you use the Send Test Email feature. Set this to your own address so you can preview campaigns before they go live.
Business information
Your business name and address appear in the email footer, which is required by anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.). Make sure these are filled in accurately.
- Business name — your legal business name or trade name
- Business address — your physical mailing address
Branding
Store website
Your store's URL, used for links in the email header and footer.
Logo
Upload your store logo. This appears at the top of every email. Recommended size: at least 300px wide, with a transparent or white background.
Logo width
Control how wide the logo displays in emails. Start with 150–200px and adjust based on how your logo looks in a test email.
Button color
The background color of call-to-action buttons in your email templates. Enter a hex color code (e.g., #1a8fff) that matches your brand.
Social links
Add links to your social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and your store website) to include them in the email footer. Leave any blank that you don't want to include.
Timezone
Set the timezone used for scheduling campaigns and displaying send times in Email History. This should match your store's operating timezone.
