• Store information: Your Shopify store URL, store name, and store settings necessary to provide the service.
• Order data: Order information including products purchased, order values, and order status, used to trigger and personalize email campaigns.
• Customer data: Customer names, email addresses, and purchase history from your Shopify store, used solely to send follow-up emails on your behalf.
• App usage data: Information about how you configure and use the App, including email rules, templates, and settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
• Send automated follow-up emails to your customers on your behalf
• Track email delivery, open rates, and click rates
• Provide customer support
• Improve and develop the App
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. We may share information with:

• Email service providers: We use Mailgun to deliver emails on your behalf. Mailgun processes email addresses and content necessary for delivery.
• Shopify: We operate as a Shopify app and share data with Shopify as necessary to provide the service, subject to Shopify's privacy policy.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your store data and associated customer data for as long as your store has the App installed. When you uninstall the App, we will delete your store's data in accordance with Shopify's partner requirements and applicable law. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Certain anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes after uninstallation.

5. Shopify Merchant Responsibilities

As a Shopify merchant using the App, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and the emails sent through it comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate legal bases for processing your customers' personal data.

6. Your Customers' Rights

Your customers may have rights regarding their personal data under applicable laws (such as the right to access, correct, or delete their data). As the data controller for your customers' data, you are responsible for honoring these requests. You may contact us to assist with data deletion requests related to our systems.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
