The Email History page gives you a full record of every email sent by Follow Up Email — including who it went to, what campaign it came from, when it was sent, and whether it was delivered. You can also re-send emails directly from this page.
Accessing Email History
Click Email History in the app sidebar. The page loads your most recent emails and lets you filter and search through your sending history.
What you can see
Each row in the Email History table shows:
- Type — which campaign type sent the email (e.g., Abandoned Checkout, Review Request)
- Customer — the customer's name and email address
- Subject — the email subject line
- Sent — the date and time the email was sent
- Status — the delivery status (delivered, bounced, etc.)
- View — a link to preview the exact email that was sent
- Re-send — option to manually re-send the email to the customer
Filtering emails
You can filter Email History by:
- Type — show only emails from a specific campaign type
- Customer — search for emails sent to a specific customer by name or email address
- Subject — filter by subject line text
- Status — show only delivered, bounced, or other status emails
Re-sending an email
To re-send an email, find it in Email History and click Re-send. The email will be sent again to the same customer immediately. This is useful if a customer reports they didn't receive an email, or if you want to manually follow up.
Exporting history
Click the Export CSV button to download your email history as a spreadsheet. The CSV includes all the information shown in the table and is useful for reporting, auditing, or sharing with your team.
Viewing a sent email
Click View on any email in the history to see a preview of the exact email that was delivered to that customer, including their personalized content and any merge tag values at the time of sending.
