Review request emails automatically ask customers to leave a product review after their order has been fulfilled. Positive reviews improve your store's credibility and can directly increase conversion rates for new visitors.

When it triggers

This campaign fires after an order is fulfilled (i.e., marked as shipped in Shopify). You set a delay to give the customer time to receive and try their purchase before asking for feedback — typically 7 to 14 days after fulfillment.

Setting the delay

Choose a delay that gives customers enough time to actually receive and use the product:

Tip: Time it right Sending a review request too soon (before the package arrives) creates a frustrating experience. If your store ships to both domestic and international customers, consider creating two separate review request campaigns with different delays and targeting by country code.

Filtering by order value
